Victoria Day or May Long Weekend is a Canadian holiday celebrated in honor of Queen Victoria on the Monday before May 24 to conmemorate her birthday.

School trip to the Magdalena peninsula in Santander

Yesterday we visited the Magdalena Palace, also called the Royal Palace as it was built in order to provide accommodation for the king Alfonso XIII and his family as summer residence.
